Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks nobody. The only thing it receives is what you type into the contact form, which is emailed to us and not stored.
Cookies
None. This site does not set cookies, does not use local storage, and does not fingerprint your browser. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to, and a banner asking permission for something that does not happen only teaches people to dismiss the ones that matter.
Analytics and tracking
None. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no heatmaps. We do not know who visits, how often, or which pages you read.
The practical consequence is that we cannot tell you how this site performs, and we would rather have that limitation than the alternative.
Third party requests
None. Every file the page loads, including the typeface, is served from this domain. Web fonts were previously loaded from Google, which sends your IP address to Google on every page view. That was the only third party request the site made and it has been removed.
The contact form
The form on the contact page submits to this site and the contents are emailed to us immediately. Nothing is stored. There is no database behind it, no record of submissions kept here, and no queue. The message is formatted, handed to our email provider and forgotten.
Sending is handled by Resend, a transactional email service, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Once delivered it is an ordinary email: it sits in our inbox, hosted by our mail provider, and is kept as long as normal business correspondence.
The form carries a hidden field that people never see and automated submissions tend to fill in. If it is filled, the message is discarded. That is the only automated check made and it looks at nothing about you.
If you would rather not use the form, write to the address in the footer.
Hosting and logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, their infrastructure processes the requests needed to deliver a page, which can include IP addresses and timestamps in operational logs. That is standard for any website and is outside our control. We do not access, analyse or retain those logs.
What we do with information you send us
If you email us about a print job, we use what you sent to answer you and, if it becomes a job, to run it. That can mean sharing the specification, artwork and delivery details with the production partner quoting or producing the work, because a printer cannot produce a job without them.
We do not sell contact information, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list for having enquired.
Your artwork and your data
Artwork and files you send remain yours. They are used to quote and produce your work and are shared only with the suppliers involved in it.
If a job carries personal data, addresses for variable printing, customer records or anything regulated, say so before it is placed. It changes which suppliers can handle the work and how the waste has to be disposed of, and it is a decision that has to be made before production rather than after.
Your rights
You can ask what correspondence we hold from you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address in the footer and we will do it.
Changes
If this site starts doing any of the things listed above as not happening, this page changes before that goes live, not after. A privacy page describing an older version of a site is worse than not having one.
